Name

1. The Party shall be called 'Farmers Food and Freedom Party.

The Party wishes to exist as a political party with the UK Electoral Commission
under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.

Objectives

2(i) The Party wishes to represent all peoples in the United Kingdom and to have
its base underpinned by Common/Natural Law. In particular, the people
working on the land and in food production, have not had a political party to
specifically foster their aims and ambitions. In doing this, the Party will
therefore be ensuring the historical past of land ownership and that of future
generations will be guaranteed. Every living person requires food and needs to
know that its origin is safe and, wherever possible, free from any chemical that
may cause them harm. Freedom comes from living without fear and this will
be fostered in all aspects of natural life including speech.

2(ii) The Party will produce a contract between it and the people, as opposed to a
manifesto. Under Common Law, a contract cannot be broken. The contract
shall be made up of policies covering all aspects of British life and the
institutions which oversee it.

2(iii) The Party intends to contest every parliamentary seat in the United Kingdom and
expects that the prospective parliamentary candidates so standing will be from
their or a neighbouring constituency in order to fully understand the
complexities of that area.

2(iv) The Party is both Libertarian and democratic. It aims to take the
decision making back down to a local level from national government as far as
is possible by using direct referendums where appropriate.

2(v) The Party aims to hold to account all those in positions of responsibility who
use their positions of office to disregard the will of the people and act contrary
to the Nolan principles.

2(vi) Farmers Food and Freedom Party expects to take part in all electoral processes at
parish, town/county and national levels and to take up any position so won from
the democratic will of the people.
